Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of corevasystems.com (the "Site") and any website, automation, or AI project you purchase or engage Coreva Systems ("Coreva," "we," "us") to build. By using the Site or purchasing a project, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase a project.

Coreva builds custom websites, business automation, and AI-driven systems for service businesses, delivered as one of the fixed-scope tiers described on our Pricing page (Essential Site, Professional Site, Complete System) or as a custom-scoped engagement agreed separately.

Each tier's included deliverables and post-launch support period are as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope — additional pages, integrations, or revisions beyond what's included — is billed separately and agreed to in writing (including email) before we start it.

Essential Site and Professional Site are purchased directly through our Stripe-hosted checkout at the price shown for your region (United States or Latin America, both billed in USD). Payment is due in full at checkout before we begin work.

Complete System engagements are scoped on a strategy call first; we'll send an invoice for the agreed amount once scope is confirmed, payable by the due date on the invoice.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — see our Privacy Policy for how payment and identity information is handled.

If you cancel before we've started work on your project, we'll refund your payment in full, less any payment processing fees already incurred.

Once we've begun work — including discovery calls, design, or development — payments are non-refundable, since that time and work has already been committed. If you believe there's an exceptional circumstance, contact us and we'll consider it in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

Timely delivery depends on you providing the content, feedback, access credentials, and approvals we request within a reasonable time. Delays on your end may delay your project's timeline and the post-launch support window, which runs from the agreed launch date regardless of your response time.

For Complete System engagements, we may ask you to complete an identity verification check (via Stripe Identity) before we finalize and send an invoice. This is a fraud-prevention step, not a general requirement for using the Site — see our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's handled.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we build for you (the website, its content, and any custom automation we built specifically for your business), excluding any third-party tools, libraries, or platforms it relies on, which remain licensed under their own terms.

We retain the right to reference completed projects — including screenshots and summary results — in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

The Site and our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreva Systems isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a project we deliver. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY — to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Site or an active project after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
