1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Coreva Systems ("Coreva," "we," "us") collects through corevasystems.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to visitors, contact-form submissions, and clients who purchase a project.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact form: the name, email, company, and message you submit when you reach out to us.
- Checkout & payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email, the amount paid, and payment status — we never see or store your full card number.
- Identity verification (Complete System tier only): if we request identity verification before invoicing, Stripe Identity collects a government-issued ID document (and, depending on the check, a selfie) directly — this is processed and stored by Stripe, not by us. We only receive the verification result (verified, requires input, etc.) and your email.
- Live chat: if you use the live chat widget on the Site, the messages you send and standard technical data (IP address, browser/device type) are collected by our chat provider, Tawk.to, to enable and support the conversation.
- Site analytics & advertising: we use Google Analytics for usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type), and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure ad performance and which page actions (a purchase, booking a call, or submitting a form) followed an ad click — all via cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver and support projects you purchase, process payments, verify identity before large invoices (fraud prevention), and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
4. Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers who help us operate:
- Stripe — payment processing, invoicing, and identity verification.
- Supabase — our database provider, where contact-form submissions and order records are stored.
- Google Analytics — site usage analytics.
- Google Ads — ad conversion tracking.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — ad conversion tracking.
- Tawk.to — live chat widget, if you choose to use it.
5. Data retention
We keep contact-form and order records for as long as needed to support you and meet our legal/accounting obligations. Identity documents are held and retained according to Stripe's own retention policy, not ours — you can request Stripe redact a completed identity verification by contacting us, and we'll pass that request along.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (contact-form and order records) by emailing hello@corevasystems.com. For information Stripe holds directly (payment and identity data), we'll help route your request to Stripe, or you can contact Stripe directly.
7. Cookies
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, by Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure ad performance, and by Tawk.to to support the live chat widget if you use it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality (including live chat).
8. Data security
We rely on our service providers' security practices (Stripe is PCI-DSS certified; Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit) and restrict access to personal information to what's needed to operate the Site and deliver projects. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
